The doctoral colloquium will be held on Tuesday, September 05 at the conference venue, commencing at 9.00 am. With generous support from UWA there will be NO additional charge for those students participating in the doctoral colloquium. However, (i) places are limited: a maximum of 18 and thus acceptance will be on a competitive basis; and (ii) participation in the doctoral colloquium will only be permitted where the student has registered as a delegate for the IMP in ASIA conference.The aim of the IMP doctoral colloquium is to create a forum for in-depth and informal discussions between PhD students undertaking research in the IMP discipline and experienced IMP supervisors and researchers.
The abstract is to be submitted electronically NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 1 2017 by email to the convener: firstname.lastname@example.orgAccepted students will be subsequently invited to submit a paper up to 20 pages in length. Invited papers should be submitted by 30 JUNE 2017. Papers will be reviewed but they will not be published.
Each student will have fifteen (15) minutes to make their presentation, followed by 15 minutes of feedback from mentors and colleagues.
